THRIVAS offers several employment agency services: 
Temporary Placement:  When you work for a client of our on an interim basis.
Temp-to-Hire Placement:  When you work for a client of ours on a trial basis to determine if the job is a good fit for your skills, interests, and career goals—if so, you become our client’s employee.
Direct Hire Placement:  When you are recruited by us and then hired by our client. 

Getting Started 
To get started, all you need to do is Post Your Resume.   Your resume will then be routed to the appropriate office and department where it will be reviewed by one our recruiters.  If your experience and skills is a match for one of our available positions, you will be contact by one of our recruiters.  We will discuss your experience and skills in more detail to determine which positions will be the best fit for you.
