1. What is the cost of staffing and employment agency services provided by THRIVAS?
Our staffing and employment agency services are free to job seekers. We are paid by the employer where you are placed.
2. If companies are paying you, couldn't I make more money?
No. Employers always incur a cost associated with hiring on their own efforts. Such as: job advertising, time spent screening resumes and interviewing, employer contribution to Social Security, State and Federal Unemployment Taxes, and Workers Compensation Insurance. THRIVAS can usually do things at a lower cost because of our size and services offered. Companies are paying us for the time and money they would have spent on recruiting you internally, at they same pay.
3. How much money will I make?
THRIVAS works with industry leading corporations, financial institutions, law firms and government organizations. Your pay will be competitive and based on many factors. Such as: experience and skills, type of position you are seeking and location.

4. Should I discuss pay with my recruiter?
Yes. It is always a good idea to discuss what you are seeking in pay with your recruiter. If you are open and honest about what your are looking for in an opportunity, including pay, they will be able to match you with the most appropriate job opening available.

THRIVAS is not a temp agency. We offer a range of employment agency services including permanent or direct-hire, temp-to-perm or temp-to-hire and temporary placement services - both full-time and part-time.

No. THRIVAS is different in several ways. We do not charge candidates a fee for our services. We only recruit for positions we have available so we do not waste your time. We offer both permanent and temporary services. We care about our placed associates. The success of THRIVAS is directly attributed to the outstanding associates that we place with our clients. 8. What if I am already signed up with another staffing agency?
No problem. THRIVAS believes you should be using all of your resources to find your next career move. 9. How do I get started with THRIVAS?
It’s simple. To get started, all you need to do is Post Your Resume. Your resume will then be routed to the appropriate office and department where it will be reviewed by one our recruiters. If your experience and skills is a match for one of our available positions, you will be contact by one of our recruiters. We will discuss your experience and skills in more detail to determine which positions will be the best fit for you.
