Credit Union/Bank seeking an individual with Symitar or Opening Act experience to provide customer service for their inbound call center.  Candidate will be responsible for responding to member needs including but not limited to processing new member account applications, requests for transactions, account file maintenance, error resolutions or adjustments, processing accounting and financial functions and assisting in annual audit plan.

Training will be provided, however, candidates must have experience with Symitar or Opening Act systems.
