Growing Law Firm is seeking qualified Foreclosure Paralegals for its real estate practice.  Excellent benefits & salary commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Paralegal Support to Legal Team in a high volume, deadline atmosphere.
• Foreclosure Paralegal will be responsible for a portfolio of files from designated clients
• Responsible for moving 100+ files
• Prepare Legal Documents such as Complaints, Motions, Notice of
  Hearings, Affidavits, Defaults, Notice of Actions, etc
• Review Title Reports, Title Issues and prepares Title Claim
  Letter to underwriter
• Prepare responses to Attorney pleadings such as Motion to
  Dismiss, Extension of Time, Vacate Motion for Default, etc.
• Schedules Hearing with Judicial Assistants and coordinates dates
  with opposing Counsels
• Prepares files for Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure
  Hearings and calculation of the final judgment totals
• Provide Service delays, Judgment and Sales results to client
• Provide client with foreclosure fees and costs
• Review reports for timeframes

Requirements

• Education – Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree, CLA and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred)
• Legal Experience – Minimum 1 year working as a Foreclosure Paralegal in Florida (litigation experience preferred)
• Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.  Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
