Midsized company is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant in their Customer Service Department. The position is full time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. This position as a permanent job opportunity and will provide benefits after the successful completion of a probationary period. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. Certain positions qualify for additional benefits such as mileage reimbursement, company provided laptop, or bonus earnings. The starting pay is up to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

The Customer Service Department is an internal call center providing clients with support services regarding purchases, shipping or logistics, account or payment troubleshooting, refunds, reimbursements and accepting additional orders. This is a very busy department that continues to expand as the company sales grow.

The Administrative Assistant will be a liaison between CSR Team Leaders and the department manager. This position coordinate training events, company meetings, HR annual evaluations and similar. The Administrative Assistant will compile data regarding employee call logs and account activity and prepare reports for weekly manager meetings. Special projects as assigned may include data entry or clerical duties.
