Call Center Representative (Customer Service)

Family owned and operated online apparel company is seeking call center representatives for their main office. This is a quickly growing company with opportunity for advancement. There are benefits available after 90 days.

You will be responsible for taking orders from customers along with answering customer billing, shipping, and product questions.

Requirements:
1+ year Customer Service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Windows based applications, especially in Excel
A strong command of the English language is necessary
Ability to multitask, and be able to handle a high volume of inbound calls
Pass a typing test, with the ability to type at least 40 WPM
