Beauty care company is seeking several Customer Service Representatives. Office hours are flexible as the company is open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Schedules are offered through full time. Some part time shifts are available. The company provides full benefits to employees after a 90 day probationary period that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off and more. Paid training is provided as well as opportunity for career advancement for motivated individuals. The starting pay is up to $18 per hour, depending on experience. The Customer Service Representative will take inbound calls from outside sales agents for the company. Input new orders, accept payment and confirm shipping or delivery dates. You may also provide customer service and troubleshooting shipping errors, billing errors or logistics issues. Research accounts and identify issue and assist outside representative with finding a solution. Perform data entry, account maintenance and management and other tasks as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills
