Customer Service Supervisor

Family-owned business needs a customer service supervisor as quickly as possible. The customer service supervisor will oversee key team members and ensure that they are providing consumers with a stellar experience. The customer service supervisor will train the new employees on the proper procedures that they will use to conduct tasks such as pinpointing consumer needs, aligning with the consumers, handling conflicts and retaining long-term customers. The starting pay is up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responding quickly to escalated consumer complaints
  • Training, scheduling and correcting customer service team
  • Ensuring that services meet the requirements of all state regulations

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
