Large company is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for their growing office. The office hours are full time Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The company will provide paid training and paid time off for holidays. The starting pay is up to $15 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a general construction company. The office environment is very casual and allows for jeans or other casual attire. The position will require basic computer skills and the ability to multi task various administrative and clerical projects at a given time.
The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner. Screen, transfer calls or provide customer service when needed. Assist with basic data entry, log incoming mail, and perform clerical tasks as assigned. You must have experience typing basic correspondence, preparing mailing labels, filing & faxing.
