Large company is currently hiring a temporary Benefits Administrator. The position is expected to last 2 months. The office hours are negotiable but must be full time. Preferred schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Pay is up to $25 per hour depending on experience.

The ideal applicant will be accustomed to overseeing benefits for health, dental, life and other insurance plans. Applicants with experience providing benefits assistant for 250+ employee size is required. The position will also work closely with the payroll department (using ADP). Applicants with payroll experience and FMLA are encouraged to apply. Human Resource Generalist, HR Clerk, or Office Managers will all be considered if the position oversaw benefits too.

The Benefits Administrator is responsible for ensuring all new and existing employees are enrolled in appropriate medical or insurance plans. Assist in annual pricing. Review and announce changes or upcoming changes to plans or payments as announced by carrier. This position also manages the company 401k investment program. Work closely with employees to ensure they understand their options between various packages offered by the company. The benefits coordinator is also responsible for being knowledgeable about FMLA qualification and guidelines. The company is not interested in training and is seeking an experienced individual to begin working immediately.

Requirements:
