Large software company providing cloud based CRM operations is currently hiring an I.T. Help Desk Technician. This is a full time position with several day scheduled being offered. Employees may choose shift. No weekends. Benefits are offered after the successful completion of a 90 day probationary period. The company is closed for major holidays. The starting pay is up to $18 per hour, depending on experience. Schedules available are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The company employs over 200 staff globally, provides opportunity for advancement, regular pay increases through annual performance reviews, and cutting edge technology. The Information Technology Help Desk Technician is responsible for reviewing tickets submitted through the companies online ticket portal. Review ticket, verify account, troubleshoot problem or inquiry and email business client resolution or instructions on how to navigate the system. Some tickets may be challenging and require tech to investigate through remote desktop, testing, installing operating systems or similar. Requirements A.A. in Computer Science or related field 1 year or more of recent Help Desk experience Advanced computer skills Experience using remote desk top
