Lender owned Title Company is currently expanding their staff and adding an additional Real Estate Paralegal. The position is full time and a permanent role with the company. The title company provides a generous benefits package that includes full medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays long term life & Disability, etc. The starting pay is up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
The office performs title closings for an established lender. The office is managed by an experienced real estate title attorney and the office has been open and operating for more than 20 years. The ideal Real Estate Paralegal will have experience preparing final closings disclosures, conducting physical closings or mail aways and be capable of assisting the title processor or post closer when needed. The office handles mostly residential closings.
The Real Estate Paralegal is responsible for overseeing the title processor. Ensure title requests haven been opened in system properly, title has been ordered and processor has all payoffs prior to coordinating closings. You will be responsible for preparing closings disclosures and conducting closings. Advanced understanding of TRID; and capable of preparing CDs independently. Applicants who have previously worked as a Title Closer, Closings Specialist, Title Agent or Escrow Officer who are capable of performing these duties may also be considered.
