A homeowners association is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in their administrative office. The position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a full time position. The contract is expected to last 3 months. The Association is seeking an immediate hire.
This is an association for a private community in the area. The office is very fast paced with multiple call-ins and walk-ins from homeowners, maintenance staff, vendors, etc. You must be energetic and able to multi task. Applicants are required to wear professional business attire each day.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering all calls, taking messages, routing calls to appropriate departments or providing customer service. You will also greet visitors, collect payment, sign for mail deliveries, and other clerical tasks as assigned. The Receptionist will work closely with the Executives of the Association providing administrative support. This includes assisting on special projects from Human Resources of accounting. You must be a team player.
