Software development company is currently hiring a TeleSales Representative for a full time position. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Some overtime is available for productive employees after 90 days. The company also provides benefits that include group medical, dental, vision and paid time off; including paid holidays. Also offered is paid training with a very competitive base pay and an aggressive commission structure. The starting pay is $20/hr + commission.
The tech company is seeking an outgoing individual who understands or has a degree in Information Technology and a passion for sales. Individuals who have strong customer service and have previously worked as a Help Desk Technician and want to try their hand at sales may also be considered. The position requires heavy outbound calling. You must be motivated to make sales. The position calls business who may have a need for the company’s software system. Warm leads are provided through customer inquiry and marketing campaigns and some cold calling business.
The Sales Representative will make outbound sales calls to business located nationwide. Explain product and services to customers. Assist in the execution of system and provide basic customer service for first 30 days of service after purchase. Applicants are provided leads to call and are also offered commissions for developing business through their own efforts. This position provides opportunity for advancement into territory sales manager, business development manager as well as moving into other departments of the company; accounting & finance, software development team, or similar.
