Technology solutions provider is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for their local branch office. This is a temporary project expected to last 2 weeks (may become permanent if you’re a great fit for the position). The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The pay rate is up to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
The ideal applicant will have experience working in a professional office environment and comfortable answering a heavy inbound phone system. Applicants do not need experience using a switchboard; training will be provided.
The Front Desk Receptionist will route a large number of calls to the appropriate extension or department. Review company voice mail box each day and route messages to appropriate party. Answer basic questions and provide company information such as website, mailing address, etc. This role also performs basic clerical duties such as filing, faxing or data entry.
