An established credit union is hiring an Accountant in Babylon, 11704. This is a permanent opportunity offering part time hours. Pay is negotiable for the right candidate.

Schedule: Choose 4 days between Monday – Friday. Hours are 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m on your selected days.

About the position: We are seeking an accountant with either; credit union/federal credit union accounting experience or accounting in the banking industry. Duties will include: NCUA reporting, reconciling bank accounts, journal entries, assisting with the financial aspects of repo’s and collections, etc.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of accounting experience in CU/FCU/Banking
Organized
Reliable, team player with strong communication skills
