A boutique law firm is hiring a Construction Attorney in Bedford, 76022. This is a permanent position offering benefits. Pay is up to $140,000.00 + regular pay increases.

About the law firm: The firm boasts 2 Board Certified Construction Attorneys along with approx 4 other attorneys that range in practice areas. The law firm represents companies and individuals in all aspects of construction law, real estate law, commercial business law as well as family law and some criminal defense matters.

About the position: The position will work closely with 2 board certified construction attorneys in all manners of legal cases. Applicants should have some real estate or construction experience. 3-5 years of experience is ideal but we will consider lesser tenure under the right circumstances. Cases will include; construction defect, new construction, 1st, 2nd and 3rd party property, real estate contracts and similar.

Minimum Requirements
Member of the Texas BAR Association
1+ year of relevant experience
