A large nationwide insurance defense firm is hiring a Subrogation Paralegal in Charlotte, 28277. This is a permanent position offering full time hours and a very generous benefits package. Compensation is up to $68,000.00

We will consider paralegals with subrogation experience or plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. No less than 2 years for plaintiff please.

Duties will include litigation matters. Draft; pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, interrogatories, summarize reports, etc. Assist or prepare; deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition, trial exhibits, demand packages, etc.

Minimum Experience
1+ year subrogation experience OR
2+ years plaintiff
Organized, efficient and self starter
Moderate computer skills
Must work well with others in a professional & fast paced environment
