An established personal injury law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Chicago, 60601. This position is permanent and offers full time hours.

BENEFITS: YES! Medical, dental & vision. IRA, long term life & disability, free parking, annual bonus potential, regular pay increases, etc. Hybrid schedule is offered after 90 days (1-3 days per week).

Duties: Support 1-2 Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorneys and work closely with your assigned team; Legal Intake Specialist and Legal Assistant. Review all supporting documents; medical records, police reports, accident reports, medical bills, etc. Prepare legal documents; complaints, responses, mptions, assist in initial discovery, interrogatories, prepare demands and settlements with the attorneys oversight.
While the firm rarely goes to trial the paralegal will support in the pre-trial and trial process.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years civil litigation experience
