An established medical plastic surgery center is hiring a Receptionist in Coral Gables, 33133. This is a permanent position offering benefits and regular pay increases. Pay is negotiable for the right candidate and is estimated at $25.00/hr

About the position: The ideal candidate will be a polished professional who takes pride in their appearance and work ethic. This role will greet each client with enthusiasm and provide an exceptional level of service; from greeting, to offering beverages, collecting paperwork, etc. Additionally this role will provide clerical support to several dept’s as needed. Applicants should have a strong customer service background and be comfortable answering phones, managing an office calendar and basic administrative support duties.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of Administrative Support
2+ years reception or customer service
Intermediate MS Office skills
