An established manufacturing and distribution company is currently hiring a Remote Customer Service Agent for their corporate office in Coral Springs, FL 33065.

Applicants must reside in or near Coral Springs for training.
Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Customer Service Agent/Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls from business clients. Answer product, delivery or payment questions. Accept payment over the phone, troubleshoot accounting, create and email invoices, etc. Additionally this may assist the logistics department in delivery issues.

Minimum Requirements
Must have a quiet home office space
Must be a local resident able to come to office for training
Fluent in English is a requirement
