Administrative Assistant to Insurance Sales Rep

An established multi-million dollar insurance company is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Coral Springs, 33067. The position is a permanent opportunity and offers full time hours.

HOURS: Monday – Friday (8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m)

Learn commercial insurance industry (training is provided); from General Liability, Workers Compensation, Builders Risk, Commercial Property, and Commercial Auto, to Life, Health, Disability, Personal Auto, Flood Insurance, and Homeowners Insurance.
Assist receptionist in answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls, and providing general customer service.
Update client records, accept payments, data entry, etc.
Learn how to process insurance certificates & process renewal policies (including invoicing, scanning into system, making activities, etc.)
Entry level invoicing (accounting or “good with numbers” is ideal)
Organize and maintain back office; supplies, make coffee, etc.
