An established law firm is hiring a Remote Litigation Paralegal in Texas. For payroll & tax purposes you must be a resident of Texas to be considered. Pay is up to $92,000.00 + regular pay increases

About the law firm: Established law firm with approx 50 attorneys in multiple offices. The firm boasts some of the top trial & litigators in the state of TX. Practice areas include energy, gas & oil, construction real estate litigation, appellate law, intellectual property & trademark law, commercial business litigation, etc.
About the position: We are seeking a seasoned litigation paralegal who is serious about their career, self motivated and is comfortable working independently. This position will support a partner who is heavily involved in trial work and regularly travels. The paralegal must be tech savvy and comfortable working on multiple platforms while supporting their attorney and working with other team members remotely. Draft legal documents, assist with discovery and trial preparation. Prepare trial notebooks; exhibits, pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, witness lists, etc.
Minimum Requirements
Texas resident: You must list your City, State & Zip Code on your resume
7+ years of litigation experience
Certified Paralegal or Degree in Legal Studies is strongly preferred
