Paralegal – Workers Compensation

A large nationwide law firm is hiring a Workers Compensation Paralegal in Dallas, 75248. This is a permanent position with benefits. The workers comp department is expanding and adding to their team.

HOURS: Hybrid – remote 3 days per week.

The law firm represents a broad range of clients from commercial litigation, contracts, real estate, aviation, maritime matters, personal injury, workers compensation, labor & employment, etc. The workers compensation division has an established team in the Dallas office with 4 attorneys & their team of paralegals and legal assistants .

Duties will include preparing all legal documents, communicating with adjusters, insurance companies, requesting & analyzing medical records, etc.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years workers comp experience (Texas)
Trial prep; discovery
