HR Analyst – Remote

A nationwide charter school system is hiring a Remote HR Analyst in Texas. This is a temporary project expected to last 3-6 months. This temporary project will offer part time hours (approx 20-25 per week). Hourly compensation is up to $36.00

About the position: This is being offered as a temporary contract and will offer a flexible part time schedule (No nights / No weekends). Duties include collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to payroll, recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. Build test scenarios for payroll processes. Experience with E2E testing and payroll parallel testing and benefits is required. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management system while serving as a point of contact & subject matter expert for areas including HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence and Absence. Re-engineer current processes, and implement new functionality in Workday, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Workday Human Capital Management system
7+ years HRIS Analyst experience
5+ years payroll, benefit knowledge
