A disaster relief organization is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Daytona Beach, FL 32114. The position offers full time hours + hybrid/remote schedule. Pay is up to $65,000.00
About the position: The Administrative Assistant will work on site with a local housing authority and be the liaison between the relief organization (your employer), the county housing authority and FEMA. We are seeking a seasoned administrative or executive assistant with exceptional communication skills.
Duties: The primary responsibilities are clerical in nature. Applicants must have strong communication skills and be able to clearly communicate detailed information to all parties while performing basic data entry and record maintenance to the FEMA system. Upload records, etc. Experience working with FEMA, HUD, emergency relief, disaster relief organizations is a plus, but not required.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years administrative support experience
Advanced communication skills; verbal & written
