An established plaintiff law firm is hiring an Employment Litigation Attorney in Emeryville, 94608. This position offers a hybrid schedule for local attorneys and 100% remote for qualified attorneys residing outside of the local area. Salary is up to $160,000.00 and based on employment experience.

About the position: The position will work in a team and report to a Senior Partner. The office is tech savvy and very organized. You will be assigned your own Paralegal and the support of a docketing department. The Employment Attorney is responsible for cases involving wage and hour, PAGA claims, class action lawsuits and arbitration matters.

Member: California Bar Association
3+ years of plaintiff employment experience
