A title and escrow company is expanding and hiring an Operations Manager in Fort Lauderdale, 33301. The position is a permanent/Direct Hire placement that offers benefits and a bonus structure. Salary is estimated between $80,000.00 – $85,000.00

The Operations Manager must have experience in a real estate background such as a title & escrow company, real estate attorney office, mortgage bank or financial branch manager. Experience managing a pipeline as well as overseeing staffing workflow is critical.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of real estate experience
5+ years in Operations Management
