An established AV Rated law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a managing partner. The firm is located in Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors, FL 33311.

This is a permanent/Direct Hire placement with full time hours. No time on an agency payroll. Benefits are also offered. The benefits include medical, dental, IRA, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.

The attorney is focused on commercial business; including transactional work and litigation. The ideal applicant will have commercial litigation experience or a strong background in civil litigation with a desire to learn commercial. The attorney is willing to train the right person.

Duties will include; conducting research, reviewing contracts, statues, etc. Prepare legal documents under the direction of the attorney as well as assist with his calendaring and scheduling.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of Florida litigation experience
Stable & verifiable job tenure
