An AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rated law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33311. The position is a permanent – Direct Hire placement offering benefits and full time hours. Salary is negotiable for individuals with commercial business experience.

This is a midsized law firm with several high profile attorneys. The firm handles a variety of cases from complex commercial business litigation and contract disputes, probate trust & estate planning to personal injury. The firm provides individualized customer service & legal expertise to their high networth clients.

Duties: Support 2 attorneys as needed; commercial business (proofreading contracts, reviewing lease agreements, scheduling hearings, mediations and depos. Additionally you will handle calendering and prepare legal documents as well as correspondence.

Minimum Requirements
Must know how to E-File (Florida)
Experience scheduling hearings/mediations/depos
Exceptional communication skills
