An established law firm is hiring a Litigation Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. This is a permanent position offered as a Direct Hire placement. Compensation is up to $180,000.00 + benefits + incentives. Hybrid/remote after training/probationary period is an option per each individual.

ABOUT THE POSITION: You will be assigned insurance defense cases focused on commercial trucking suits. Case management, including trucking/auto pre-suit claims, evaluations and trucking/auto inspections, litigation, discovery, and depositions, reporting to clients. Prepare and revise discovery demands, responses, and taking both fact and expert witness depositions.
Minimum Requirements
Admitted to Florida Bar
Personal Injury/Auto accident or commercial trucking claim experience
2-6 years of experience in relevant area of law
