An insurance defense firm is hiring a Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. The position is full time and permanent. Pay is commensurate with experience $45,000.00 – $70,000.00

Duties: Assist attorneys in a variety of insurance defense cases from premise liability, construction defect, commercial trucking and auto claims, etc. Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as pleadings and motions.

The Paralegal will support a litigation attorney who handles both construction and commercial trucking/auto pre-suit claims, Fla. Stat. 558 claims and evaluations, construction and trucking/auto inspections, litigation, discovery, and depositions.

Minimum Requirements
2+ years of defense experience or general civil litigation
Must know how to E-File
