A law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Grand Prairie, 75051. This is a permanent position offering full time hours.

SCHEDULE: Hybrid. Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This is a personal injury law firm with an established practice. The position will be replacing the current paralegal who is retiring.

Duties: Work closely with your assigned team that consists of 2-4 litigation attorneys, litigation paralegal or trial paralegal, your presuit litigation paralegal (intake specialist), clients, insurance companies, 3rd party lawyers, and medical providers. You will review compiled medical records, police reports, witness statements, etc. Prepare all legal documents, E-file with courts, coordinate scheduling of hearings, mediations & depos as well as calendering.

Minimum Requirements
Must know how to E-File
4+ years of legal experience
