A merchant payment processing company is hiring a part time bookkeeper in Hauppauge, 11788. This is a permanent position offering approx 10-20 hours per week. Pay estimate is $33.00

Schedule: Very flexible (Weekdays only please. No nights/no weekends). 1-2 days weekly (approx)

About the company: An established boutique processing firm helping ISOs, Agents, and Merchants find and deploy a payment system. The company has been open and operating for approximately 20 years and has a small back office team.

About the position: General bookkeeping or accounting specialist responsibilities; bank reconciliations, posting to general ledger, basic accounts receivable and accounts payable duties. Company uses Quickbooks Enterprise.

Minimum Requirements
4+ years as a full charge bookkeeper
Only interested in part time hours
