About the law firm: This is a boutique law firm with less than 5 attorneys. The firm is focused on a variety of civil litigation and transactional matters. Practice areas include personal injury (plaintiff), family law and real estate law.
About the position: We are seeking a candidate with a strong attention to detail that is serious about their legal career but are searching for balance between work & personal life. This role will support 1 attorney who handles a very heavy caseload. Your duties will include scheduling hearings, mediations and some depositions. E-Filing legal documents through Florida courts. Heavy client contact to gather documents or provide updates. There is opportunity for advancement to learn paralegal duties; for the right person.
