A nationwide property management company is hiring a Property Manager in Jacksonville, 32277. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering full time hours + benefits. Salary is negotiable and estimated at $60,00.00

About the property management company: An established property management company supporting multi unit apartment complexes nationwide.

About the position: We are seeking an experienced property manager with a background in rental units; apartments, townhomes, condos, etc. Experience managing 100+ units is ideal. This is an on-site opportunity that will report to a Regional Property Manager and oversee a small support staff of (2-3) employees composed of a leasing agent and maintenance technicians.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years property management experience
