A mid sized law firm is hiring a Family law Paralegal in Orlando, 32838. The position offers full time hours and is a permanent opportunity. Compensation is up to $25.00/hr

Qualified applicants will have a back in civil litigation as it relates to family law; contested and uncontested divorce, paternity. child custody disputes, child support enforcement, adoption, domestic abuse, guardianship, etc.

Duties will include acting as Case Manager over your assigned files. Supporting your family law attorney with scheduling; client appointments, mediations, depositions and hearings. Along with drafting basic legal documents; motions and pleadings; orders & judgements.

Minimum Requirements
1+ year family law experience
2+ years of any combined legal experience
