Insurance call center is hiring a customer service rep in Lighthouse Point, 33064. The position offers full time hours and a flexible schedule; work Monday through Friday.

Any Insurance Agents licensed in Florida are eligible for a higher hourly compensation.

Duties will include answering inbound calls from policyholders. Answer questions regarding their accounts,update customer contact information, transfer to billing, collections or policy renewal departments, etc.

Minimum Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience
