A nationwide commercial builder and property management company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Lutz, 33618. The position pays $18.00 – $25.00/hr.

Benefits are offered. They include Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and paid parking.
Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting the commercial property manager who travels extensively. Duties will include heavy client/property owner contact, coordinating maintenance, emergency maintenance and general maintenance of properties. Create association invoices for quarterly dues, accept and post payments, type form letters regarding notices, restrictions or violations.
Applicants should have experience in property management, leasing agent or oversight on a real estate portfolio in some way.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years property/leasing agent experience
Strong computer skills
