A nationwide hotel chain is hiring in their call center located in Maitland, 32794. The position offers full time hours (NO nights/NO weekends) and pays $18.50/hr.

Do you love talking with people on the phone? Are you good at troubleshooting? If yes, then we want to meet you! Our call center is searching for several motivated individuals to answer inbound calls from guests regarding their upcoming trip, reservations, billing concerns, etc. Provide customer service, answer questions, take payment over the phone and ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us.

The ideal applicant will be comfortable speaking over the phone, performing data entry, and sitting for long periods of time.

Minimum Requirements
Must enjoy helping people
Comfortable working on the phone
Basic computer skills
