An established real estate law firm is hiring a Real Estate Title Closer in Naples, 34109. The position is a permanent opportunity offering full time hours and benefits. Compensation is up to $90,000.00

The Title & Escrow Closer (or Title Agent) will assist the attorney in residential refinance and purchases. Duties will include ordering title when needed, clearing title, and preparing CD’s. Applicants must have experience with HUD closing disclosures and conducting closings in the absence of the attorney. Some post closing duties will apply; handling recordings, final title policy, and disbursements.

The ideal title closer will have worked as a Florida Licensed Title Agent, Real Estate Paralegal, Title Closer or Title Processor in a title agency or law firm. Experience working with realtors, banks, lenders or mortgage companies is needed.

Minimum Requirements
Active Florida Notary Public (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
2+ years preparing CDs
