An established real estate law office is hiring a Real Estate Title Processor in Naples, 34109. The position pays up to $45,000.00 and provides opportunity to advance into a title closer.

We will consider training the right person.

The law firm specializes in real estate title & escrow closings. The processor is responsible for supporting the attorneys and title closers/real estate paralegals in the closing process. Order title, review title commitments. Clear title; order payoffs, estoppel, outstanding property liens, etc. Work with realtor, loan officers, mortgage brokers, buyers and sellers to coordinate closings. Assist with basic post closing duties. recordings, escrow disbursement, final title policy, etc.

We will consider applicants with experience using Quali, Closer’s Choice, Doubletime, SoftPro, Landtech, Display Soft, Atids or similar.

Minimum Requirements
Real estate, title & escrow, mortgage banking or lending experience
Team player that works well with others
2+ years of professional experience
