An established civil litigation law firm is hiring a remote paralegal in New Port Richey FL 34655. This is a temporary position expected to last 2 months while covering a medical leave. It may become permanent.

Schedule offers 25 hours per week working remotely for 1 managing partner.

Duties will include working closely with plaintiffs regarding personal injury cases (mostly auto injury). Prepare or draft legal documents (pleadings, complaints, responses, etc). Civil litigation is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Schedule hearings, mediations and depositions in the absence of your legal assistant or legal secretary.

Minimum Requirements
Must reside in the Port Richey area
Have a complete home office (computer, reliable internet, phone and printer/copier)
5+ years of civil litigation experience; personal injury, PIP or insurance defense
