A small accounting CPA firm is hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant in New York, 10036. This is a temporary position offering full time hours. The project is expected to last approximately 8 weeks.
HOURS: Schedule can be flexible.
Typical office hours:
10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. OR
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
Duties will include packaging tax return documents for clients. Attaching checks to packages. Requesting missing documents from clients regarding completion of tax returns or accounting services. Provide backup support to receptionist and answer phones when needed. General administrative & clerical duties.
Applicants with accounting clerk experience are welcome to apply however experience is not required.
Minimum Requirements
1+ year of professional office experience
Basic computer skills
Basic typing data entry skills
