CPA / Accountant – Remote

An accounting firm based out of New York is hiring a remote CPA for a temporary project estimated to last 3 months. It offers full time hours Monday – Friday.

The CPA will be replacing the head Accountant going out on personal leave. The role will work closely with a small staff of approx 10 accountants, accounting/billing clerks and administrative staff.

Duties will include providing exceptional customer service to business clients as you prepare commercial and personal tax returns and general accounting services. Applicants must have experience

Minimum Requirements
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
5+ years accounting experience
4+ years preparing business tax returns
2+ years preparing personal tax returns
Must have a quiet workspace
Reliable internet
Computer & phone
