A nationwide commercial property management & leasing company is hiring a Property Manager in North Palm Beach, 33408. The position is in-office but could become remote for the right person.

BENEFITS: Company car after 90 days. 401k, etc. Potential to become remote.

A full service nationwide commercial real estate brokerage firm serving clients throughout Florida for over a decade. The management company serves; site selection, landlord and tenant representation, land development, shopping center sales and leasing, brokerage, investment and of course property management.

Duties: Assist in all aspects of the Property Management. Including; commercial shopping centers/office buildings/condo associations and other related properties. The property manager handles a broad range of duties that include collecting rent, manage tenant build-outs & construction projects. maintain Yardi systems as it relates to Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting, tenant files and digital records/updates internal tracking of insurances/exceptions/options. Review or prepare lease agreements, real estate sales contracts and oversee your property portfolio general accounting duties. escrow accounts; work closely with regional managers and company controller. Coordinate venders, property maintenance crews, and general administrative duties. Experience managing a real estate portfolio is required.

Minimum Requirements
3+ Years Commercial Property Management experience
