An entertainment venue is currently hiring an Office Manager with strong accounting skills in Okeechobee, FL 34972. The position is a permanent opportunity and will offer full time hours along with a comprehensive benefits package.

The Office Manager will be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping. This includes bank reconciliations, meeting with CPA for quarterly reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivables, bank drops, etc. Applicants should have a strong background in accounting or finance with recent bookkeeper duties.
The office manager tracks operating licenses and liquor licenses for renewal along with other administrative tasks.
Additionally this role supervises a small team of accounting clerks as well as payroll for approx 25 employees.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of recent full cycle bookkeeping/accounting
Payroll experience
