An immigration law office is hiring an Immigration Paralegal in Orlando, 32801. The position is a Direct Hire placement – no probationary period with a staffing agency!

HOURS: Monday – Friday (9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m)
BENEFITS: Yes! Medical, paid time off, etc.

We will consider a legal assistant or legal secretary with immigration experience. We may consider an entry level paralegal who has a paralegal certificate or degree in legal studies.

Responsibilities:
The immigration paralegal is responsible for working closely with the immigration attorney and clients regarding a variety of case matters but primarily focused on Employment-Based Immigration: Second Preference EB-2 or Employment-Based Immigration: Third Preference EB-3. Applicants should have experience as it relates to Visa, greencard, immigration hearings, drafting petitions, ICE / Immigration Customs Enforcement issues, etc.

Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of immigration experience
