Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Palm Beach, FL 33480
Salary: Up to $25 per hour
Responsibilities (May include, but not limited to):
- Provide administrative support to the condominium management team
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from residents, vendors, and guests
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
