A nationwide law firm is currently hiring a Paralegal in Philadelphia, 19103. This is a permanent / Direct Hire placement with full time hours.
The position is being offered with a Hybrid schedule; 2 days from home. Compensation is up to $65,000.00 and provides a comprehensive benefits package.

The Paralegal is responsible for Plaintiff Litigation matters. Paralegal (or Legal Assistants) with subrogation experience are strongly preferred but the law firm is willing to train. Review, organize, and summarize reports and other case materials. Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, other legal documents. Conduct legal research and investigations as needed. Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial. Prepare trial exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial. E-File Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings. Prepare demand packages, Fact Investigation & general claim pursuit, etc.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of legal experience
